Implantes dentales
Los implantes dentales son “tornillos” de titanio que se introducen dentro de la mandíbula o del maxilar superior y que sirven para dar apoyo a unos dientes fabricados a medida para cada paciente. - Implante dental o fijación implantológica. Es la parte que se sitúa en el hueso, es decir, bajo la encía.
- Pilar transepitelial. La parte que emerge desde el tejido de la encía.
- Corona o prótesis dental. La parte visible del implante y que simula la apariencia del diente de forma efectiva.
